Access to HE Diploma Learners must be registered with the AVA no later than 42 calendar days, (6 weeks) from the date the learner begins the course.
Unit selections must be made no later than 84 calendar days, (12 weeks) from the date the learner begins the course.
Please note that all Centre breaks, egĀ half term, are to be included in the count of days and weeks.

Short courses are those of 15 weeks or fewer in duration.
Learners on such courses must be registered with AIM Qualifications and Assessment GroupĀ within 25 working daysĀ of the start of the course.
Long courses are those of 16 weeks or more in duration.
Learners on such courses must be registered with AIM Qualifications and Assessment GroupĀ within 60 working daysĀ of the start of the course.
Centres should note that where learners are registered more than once to the same unit/course/programme they will be charged for each registration.
